Orders & Payments:
Orders are confirmed via email. Payments are processed securely. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious transactions.

Shipping & Delivery:
We aim to dispatch products within 2 business days. Delays due to external causes (e.g. postal strikes) are not our responsibility.

Returns & Refunds:
You may return items within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item is faulty.

Limitation of Liability:
Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Jurisdiction:
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
